Gates Street Early Education Center proudly serves families and students 246 days a year.
Gates Early Education Center is located in Lincoln Heights, we are minutes away from El Sereno and Chinatown. We believe every child deserves an enriching first school experience where students thrive. We use Creative Curriculum while still providing activities that develop student’s 21st Century skills as well as incorporating S.T.E.A.M. activities in the classroom. We are a pilot school for the SEAL Dual Language Curriculum, where 25 of our four year old students learn in a 50/50 English/Spanish curriculum. If your child participates in this program we assist with the transition to our neighboring LAUSD elementary school. We are committed to helping parents navigate their way through the Los Angeles Unified School District school system making the child’s transition from Early Education to Kindergarten through High School seamless.
